We will discuss your exercise aims, conduct a series of measurements and physical assessments and produce you an emailed and printable FREE report that details your current level of fitness across a range of metrics. (If two of you book at the same session the cost drops to £25 each).We will cover the following areas:
Anthropometric – Height, Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Bicep, Thigh, Waist to Hip Ratio, Body Fat Percentage
Cardiovascular – Blood Pressure, Resting Heart rate
Strength & Resistance – Left & Right Hand Grip Tests, Wall Sit, Abdominal Curl, Press-Ups and Hang Tests
Flexibility – Toe Touch, Back Scratch Tests
Following your session – the stand-alone fitness report will be prepared and delivered within 24 hours and will summarise your current strengths/weaknesses and proposed development areas.
This solo package includes one x 1 hour 1:2:1 Personal Training session every week: You can visit our home-based studio gym in Clifton, Brighouse or we can schedule your sessions at our partner Trilab’s well equipped gym in Elland. We can even come to your own personal home gym* (additional fee may apply for home visits dependent on location).

You both get all the fabulous benefits of our Solo Fitness package but with one x 1 hour 1:2:2 Personal Training session every week in place of the 1:2:1.

For those who want to be given a detailed and personalised exercise programme and simply prefer working out in their home or existing commercial gym at their own pace with no requirement for 1:2:1 sessions with a Personal Trainer. Also the perfect programme to drop down to for ongoing maintenance, accountability and support once you’ve achieved your initial fitness goals.
Initial FREE Health and Lifestyle consultation video or audio call after which you will receive your personalised training and nutrition programme, based on your specific and individual goals. You will also have a 10- 20 min catch-up call once a week with your trainer to discuss your achievements, and adapt your programme as necessary.
