Hi, I'm Steve!

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, and has undoubtedly changed it for the better. I'm now dedicating myself to helping others get more active and realise their own health and fitness ambitions.

As a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, gym instructor, nutritionist, and experienced triathlete, I created SHIFT to guide people on their fitness journey—whether you’re aiming to improve your health, train for a big event, or simply enjoy being more active.
